Processed pine pellets usually contain wood shavings, wood residues or other parts of the pine tree.<\/p>\n<p>The production process of pine pellets usually includes the following steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Raw Material Preparation:<\/strong> Wood chips, residues or other forest products from pine trees are prepared for processing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grinding and Drying:<\/strong> The raw material is ground into a fine sawdust and then dried.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pressing:<\/strong> The dried sawdust is compressed under high pressure using special pellet presses and converted into pellets of a specific shape and size.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cooling and Packaging:<\/strong> Newly produced pine pellets are usually cooled and then made available for use with appropriate packaging processes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pine pellet is a sustainable and environmentally friendly fuel type used for biomass energy production. It offers an effective solution in energy production by being used in heating systems, fireplaces or boilers.
